Heritage breed turkeys weighing between 10 - 18 lbs.

Price will be $5.50 / lb due at the time of delivery. The deposit will be credited at that time.

Heritage turkeys, such as burbon reds, nargansets, and the eastern wild turkey are slightly smaller than the typical grocery store turkey.  They however, have a more distinct and rich flavor that is far superior to their commercial counterparts.

We raise a few dozen each year.  Unlike their commercial counterparts, these birds have not been bred to the point in which they are no longer able to naturally reproduce. They are allowed to free range on the farm like our chickens, giving them a varied diet and allowing them to develop a distinct and unparalled taste.

Birds will be processed in a MDARD licenced facility and will be available for pickup / delivery the next day. They come shrink wrapped and ready for the freezer. Processed in time for Thanksgiving.
