Sugaring Season is Upon us.

Even before the first tulip or daffodil has sprouted, spring is announced by the start of maple syrup season. We collect the sap from trees on our farm and reduce it to a sweet golden syrup. If you’ve never tried the rich and intense flavor of authentic maple syrup then you’re missing out. It has deep and intense flavor that the colored corn syrup in the grocery store just can’t replicate.
